You should be able to select it in PS and delete it or just change the color to black.

i tried the ps , it removed the hats as well, not sure how i could change it to black sigh.. but getting there bit by bit lol

I'm not the best at this and I also noticed that it is animated. Hmmm... Attach the image here and I'll see if I can do it. Haven't done this in quite awhile. LOL

It might Take me awhile but I'll give it a shot. :)

EDIT: I just noticed that the outside of the image is also white. Have you set "white" to be transparent? I have not used Fireworks in ages but thought there was such a setting...or was it in PS? LOL

yes fireworks and ps both have the setting for the background to be transparent, which it is, but the premade image is white on the background and i cant seem to change it without loosing parts of the image lol

That tool does not always work well unless you zoom in tight and play with the tolerance.
