I'm seeking someone who might be possible to create me a skin for community to match/appear similar to my main site for around $50.

My site's not quite live, I've been working on some bugs with the orginal cms's designer but if required I can provide access to it for header etc. If anyone is able to take on this request please respond, I have requested elsewhere and would prefer not to waste anyone's time. (Please also show me some previous designs/work)

That's perfectly okay, yes it's for SMF 2.2 (Latest Version)

The design above is my sites layout, I haven't had anyone design the way the forum would look because I originally planned to use the cms's integrated option but it's very basic and would make administrating quite hard for a modern community. The layout's mainly to give an idea as to what the forum would ideally look like.
