How did you get people here?

Join every forum you can, major fishing forums maybe, and become a respected member. Become a 'friendly poster' that helps and gives advice, try and answer every newbie, Gain around 150 posts then add your site in your sig, and try to keep on topic, don't just spam shit poo to get your site noticed, a lot of sites have boards to showcase your site, but only if your site is related, or uses there software, be warned some sites may frown upon it though.

It really does take time the fact that it is a site about fishing means it is limited to one thing fishing so your options are limited but when you do start to get members that member will tell some one and the word will spread it can take years to build a membership it won't happen overnight it was easier for us to get PM started because a bunch of us already new each other and we new other people from our old website who would be interested in what we do.
So be patient another thought do you attend fishing derby's you could make cards with your sites address and pass them out just a thought. :cheers:
