Just installed RC5

skhilled is on my site too but as a newbie.

The rascal left a recipe in the cooks corner. Anyways I'm still on RC4 at the mo and in no hurry to RC5 the forum with my 75+ mods.

If it's SMF Arcade, you should be able to install it.  Just emulate RC4 when you install it, and it will show you a Test Failed error.  you'll need to make a small edit to the ManageSettings.php file.  Only a couple of lines, nothing major.

Now it's idex.php and managesettings.php. The thing is, no one can give me the edits I need. Parse options for RC 3, 4  and 5 are unavailable anywhere.

What version of the arcade are you trying to install,  The latest one for RC3 from the downloads page? http://download.smfarcade.info/index.php

or the one for RC4 found attached to one of Underdogs posts in the forum? http://smfarcade.info/forum/index.php?topic=7242.msg49105#msg49105

When you go to install it you should get a test fail.  It the installer should show you what file need to be edited, and the code you need to add.
