Absolutely.  I wondered why RC3 was able to emulate RC4 when it doesn't know it exists. lol.. 

I haven't found any mods that I use that won't install on RC5 either.  Luckily.  ;)

I installed the patch on RC3 and I haven't had a single bot registration or log out issue. I'm happy. For now.
